Amphitheatre

A site to the north of Coral Bay with reasonably good shore access. The fascinating feature of this dive is what appears to be an amphitheatre at 9m which is actually a geological feature. On windy days, watch the waves crash above you offering a fantastic light show. Swim along an 8m wall; go over the top of the wall to head to the second amphitheatre which is at a maximum depth of 14 metres. Explore the various overhangs & gullies that this site has to offer and look out for octopus, moray eel’s, grouper and trumpet fish. There have even been sightings of turtles and seals, albeit not often.
